READOUT ASM TESTER PCI ADDRESS CONTROLLER
RATPAC a 32bit 33mhz PCI board with a theoretical throughput of 133MB/sec (70MB/sec Practical) used for high speed control and data acquisition. The board has three banks of high speed memory; Two 2MB SRAM based memory and one 512MB SDRAM based memory. RATPAC’S DATA IO consists of two HP G-LINK receivers, one HP G-LINK transmitter and Two LEMO TTL compatible IO ports(allowing for trigger input or generation). All Software Drivers for RATPAC are developed using the JUNGO Software package allowing quick software generation. RATPAC will be used for the complete testing of the ATLAS ASM system with all the control features of the final design.
